Chief Complaint: Cough and Shortness of Breath.
Diagnosis: Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, COPD.
Exam: Mild wheezing on auscultation.
Treatment: Albuterol Inhaler 2 puffs every 4–6 hrs PRN, continue insulin regimen.
Follow-Up: Return in 2 weeks or sooner if symptoms worsen.
